Your Game Deserves to Be on Google Play.
✓ Up to 30% commission only
✓ No upfront fees ever
✓ All terms agreed in writing
We Know What It Takes to Ship a Game.
We take up to 30% of net revenue. That’s after Google deducts their standard 30% platform fee. If your game earns nothing, we charge nothing. If it earns, we both win. That’s the deal.
Simple. Transparent. Fair

For Exceptional Games
We're Open to Buying Great Games Outright.
For games that genuinely impress us — strong concept, solid execution, good polish — Helen Game Factory is open to discussing a wholesale purchase price.
This means we buy the full rights to the game from you at an agreed price. You get paid upfront. We take on full ownership and handle everything from there. No revenue share, no waiting — a clean transaction.
This isn’t something we offer to every game. But if your game is genuinely good, bring it to us and let’s talk. The worst we can say is that we’d prefer the standard publishing arrangement instead.
💰 Upfront payment — agreed price paid to you directly
📄 Clean transfer — full rights, no ongoing obligations
🎮 We only buy what we love — high bar, honest assessment
📋 Store Listing — title, description, tags, categories
🖼️ Screenshots & Graphics — all Play Store image requirements
🔐 App Signing & Build — APK/AAB signing and verification
🌍 Distribution Settings — countries, pricing, content rating
📨 Google Review Support — handling rejections and resubmissions
🔄 Post-Launch Updates — update submissions under the same commission

We respond to every submission. Even if we pass on your game, you’ll know exactly why.
Q: Is the 30% your only fee? Yes. Up to 30% of net revenue — after Google’s 30% cut. No setup fees, listing fees, or consultation charges. If your game earns nothing, we charge nothing.
Q: What does “up to 30%” actually mean? Our commission is between 0% and 30% depending on the work involved. A straightforward submission with all assets ready might be 20%. Something requiring extensive store listing work, multiple resubmissions, or ongoing update management is closer to 30%. We agree the exact number with you before starting.
Q: What if Google rejects my game? We handle it. Rejections and resubmissions are covered under the same commission. We’ll respond to Google, make required changes with your approval, and resubmit until it’s live.
Q: Who owns the game? You do — completely. This is a publishing arrangement, not a rights transfer. You retain full ownership of all code, art, audio, and intellectual property. Helen Game Factory’s name appears as publisher on the listing only.
Q: How do I receive my revenue share? Revenue is tracked through the Google Play Console and paid on a schedule agreed in writing — typically monthly. Payment method is confirmed before we publish.
Q: Can you publish non-Unity games? Yes. We publish any Android game regardless of engine — Unity, Godot, Unreal, GameMaker, native Android, or anything else — as long as it meets Google Play’s requirements.
Q: What if I want to move the game to my own account later? No lock-in. If you want to transfer the game to your own Google Play account in future, we can work with you on that. The process is discussed upfront and included in the initial agreement.
Q: What is the wholesale purchase option? For games we find genuinely impressive, we may offer to buy the game outright at an agreed price — a clean transaction where you get paid upfront and we take full ownership. This isn’t offered to every game. Mention it in your cover letter if you’re interested.
